Orae provides breathwork facilitation, wellness education, and related content. 3. Health Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk
Breathwork is a powerful somatic practice that can produce strong physical and emotional responses. By participating in any Orae session or program, you acknowledge and agree that:You have consulted or will consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating if you have any medical or mental health conditionsBreathwork may not be appropriate for individuals with epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, severe anxiety disorders, pregnancy, glaucoma, recent surgery, or certain psychiatric diagnosesYou participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for any risks associated with breathwork practiceOrae facilitators are not licensed medical or mental health professionals, and nothing provided through our Services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatmentIf at any point during a session you feel unwell, you have the right and responsibility to stop.
4. Bookings and Payments
4.1 Booking
All sessions and programs must be booked through our official website or designated booking platform. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an approved payment plan agreement.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location.
4.3 Payment ProcessingPayments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). By submitting payment, you agree to their terms of service. Orae does not store your full payment card details.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session, at your discretionCancellations made less than 48 hours before a session are non-refundableNo-shows are non-refundable
5.2 Digital Products and Courses
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of online courses and recorded programs are final. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
5.3 Orae-Initiated Cancellations
If Orae cancels a session, you will receive the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Orae website and within our programs — including text, audio, video, graphics, course materials, and guided practices — is the intellectual property of Orae and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Orae content without our express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use for your own wellness practice is permitted.
7. User Conduct
By using our Services, you agree not to:Share, resell, or redistribute paid content or session recordingsImpersonate Orae, its facilitators, or any other personUse our Services for any unlawful purposeHarass, harm, or disrespect other participants in group settingsAttempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systemsOrae reserves the right to terminate access for any user who violates these standards, without refund.
8. Virtual Sessions
For online sessions, you are responsible for:Ensuring a stable internet connection and compatible deviceCreating a safe, private, and comfortable environment for your practiceHaving a support person reachable in case of emotional distressOrae is not liable for technical failures on your end that result in a disrupted session.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orae and its facilitators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services — including any physical, emotional, or psychological responses experienced during or after breathwork practice.Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Orae and its team from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
